We have been selected for the Gilead Foundation’s Community Health Worker HIV Prevention Initiative, part of a $12 million effort supporting organizations nationwide. The funding will expand HIV/HCV testing, health screenings, and prevention education in low-income and public housing communities through targeted outreach and partnerships. The goal is to improve access to care and support populations disproportionately affected by HIV. Nationwide, the program aims to expand integrated screenings, deliver prevention education, connect people to services like PrEP, and reduce stigma.
