Thrive Alabama Pediatrics offers comprehensive, evidenced-based primary care services for infants and children age newborn through 18. Our medical team works together to provide wellness and preventative care services, as well as manages common acute and chronic illnesses.
Routine refills and paper work completion (i.e. sports/camp forms, medication release forms, daycare forms, etc.) will be completed within 48-72 hours. FMLA forms and letters written by physicians will incur a $20 charge. Antibiotics will not be routinely prescribed to a patient without being seen by a provider.
It is the policy of Thrive Alabama Pediatrics to adhere to the vaccination schedule published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
Thrive Alabama Pediatrics will not waiver from these recommendations. Should a patient/parent choose not to follow the current vaccination schedule they will be asked to find another healthcare provider.
We provide primary care for patients with or without health insurance.
